We recommend washing at 50°C on the top rack. Also easily hand-washable.

Return policy

Damaged Item

Durability is key to sustainability! Hence, we replace instead of refunding. We will send the required replacement parts free of charge. Just contact customer service.

Money Back

You can easily return your item within 14 days of purchase. Returns need to be sent to our US or UK warehouse. Just contact customer service with your order number to receive a return label.

To receive your return label we will charge live shipping rates from your location to our US warehouse in Ohio or our UK warehouse in Nottingham.

Used and damaged items cannot be returned.

The box is waterproof to avoid sauce leaking out. No knife but chopsticks, a fork and a spoon instead. I like the design and the quality. The pink is very cute. Plus, it's easy to open and close, which isn't always the case with lunch boxes. I don't think the concept of "build your own cutlery" is ideal but it makes everything fit neatly in a wee box.

I love the bento box so much. I adore how you can order separate replacements and ad-ons such as sauce container or another divider. As far as I could test, the box is leak proof, but I wouldnt exactly risk it and pour a soup into it, you know. The utensils are nice and work well. Also its super cute and it helps you to enjoy your meal better. The customer was really kind and helpful with everything. I had an issue with delivery company, but Julian managed to help me out and send a new package. I believe that the person would solve any possible issue.
